GET FIT - Midterm Reflection

    In get fit class, I have experienced a lot of things that had changed my physical fitness lifestyle. I have become more healthy physically and my endurance grew stronger.
    Every class, I always feel motivated to work hard on whatever activity we are about to do. I work the hardest during fitness. Before, fitness was my least favorite but now it is something I look forward to each week. The only thing that is hindering me from not being able to do my 100% is whenever I'm in pain, such as when we did the Pond Run. I was not able to do it because I had stomach cramps. I really hope that it would never happen again because fitness is really important for me and being able to do any activity that is related to it is a big accomplishment for me. At first my motivation was losing wight but now, the girls and my mom had a big contribution to it. I get even more motivated whenever I see them work hard and do their best.
    In terms of field trips, my favorite is when we went to Sullivan Heights Elementary school. I had so much fun working with the girls and teaching the kids. It had made me love what I am doing even more. Also, almost all the field trips are my first. I am really glad because I experienced those with the whole class and I can guarantee that I will do all those activity again, especially the ice skating, with my other friends and family.
    In the class, I have improved a lot in terms of fitness. I have lost almost 10 pounds, on which I am very happy with. Although I have not reach my target weight yet, I am very close to it. Now my new goal is to be consistent in living a healthy physical life.
    I have accomplished so many things in this class that I am very proud of. Each fitness day is already a big achievement for me. Whenever we do an intense activity, by the end of it I feel happy and proud by what I have done and sometimes I even ask myself how was I able to do that? Because of the activities we've done, I was surprised at what I can actually do.
    I think that I deserve an "A" in this class. In terms of percentages, I probably deserve an 89% or higher.

Get fit class

I personally chose to join the Get Fit class for the goal of losing weight but little did I now that this decision will lead me into learning and experiencing new things and activities that will give me a sense of accomplishment.

In everyday, I always anticipate on going to class. It had showed me how to properly do physical activities that will help me be healthy and strong, it had taught me activities that will be useful for me when I want to work out by myself and it had helped me to have a stronger endurance in every activity.

For me healthy living is doing enough physical activities and having a healthy balance diet. Based on my living right now, I could say that I have a healthy diet because I do physical activities which is dancing and exercises from this class and I also watch everything that I eat. I always make sure that I have a well balanced diet.

Now my goal for finishing the whole class is to be a fit and healthy person, who can endure heavy and long physical activities and who will be able to consistently eat a balanced diet. I hope to stay fit and healthy not only during this class but throughout my whole living.
